Logden Lodge - Nelson

The location of this lodge is absolutely incredible - remote yet easily accessible. The interior design of the cabins is stunning, with attention to every little detail. The hosts are incredibly kind and welcoming. Starting the day on our veranda, surrounded by the sounds of nature and the changing scents of the woods, was the most relaxing experience. The cooking facilities were excellent and allowed us to prepare our own meals. The owners were incredibly helpful, even carrying our luggage to the cabin and giving us a guided tour. The availability of craft beer made specifically for the lodge was a refreshing bonus. Despite being in the middle of the forest, there were surprisingly few bugs. We truly hope to have the opportunity to return to this amazing retreat.

Located in a serene forest setting, the owners were incredibly helpful, offering guided tours and assistance with luggage. The cozy wood cabins were stocked with a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and a relaxing deck. Craft beer made exclusively for the lodge was a refreshing treat. Despite the wilderness, bug sightings were minimal. An unforgettable getaway.

Our stay at Logden Lodge was truly amazing. The location was remote yet easily accessible, and the interior of the cabin was beautifully decorated with attention to detail. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful, even assisting us with our luggage and giving us a guided tour. Waking up to the peaceful sounds of nature on the veranda was incredibly relaxing, and having full cooking facilities made our stay even more enjoyable. We loved the overall experience and hope to return in the future.

The cabins at Logden Lodge are magical. Set deep in the forest, they provide a feeling of tranquility and bliss. The cabin we stayed in was fully equipped and beautifully decorated. Waking up to the glowing sunlight and cozying up by the fire in the evenings made our stay lovely. We also enjoyed exploring the surrounding walking trails with the snowshoes provided by the lodge. I highly recommend this hidden gem for a peaceful and romantic getaway.

Surprised my partner with a romantic getaway and the cabin exceeded our expectations. Beautifully designed and well-equipped with everything we needed, especially the amazing bathtub.- Allowed us to bring our dogs which was a huge bonus.- Spectacular hiking trails on the property with breathtaking views.- Turned off our devices and truly enjoyed the peacefulness of the surroundings.- Enjoyed a relaxing massage in the privacy of our cabin.

Miscommunication about the additional charge for extra guests. Some areas of the cabin were dusty and could have been cleaner.

The cabins were quite small and felt cramped, especially for a longer stay. The Wi-Fi signal was weak and unreliable, making it difficult to stay connected.

We had such an amazing stay at Logden Lodge! The cabin was more like a cozy home, and the covered porch overlooking the forest was simply breathtaking. We enjoyed cooking our own meals and even went into town a couple of times for a nice dinner. The hosts were lovely and always available to answer our questions. As a solo female traveler, I felt completely safe here. The bathtub was spacious and there was plenty of hot water for a relaxing soak. Can't recommend this spot enough and we can't wait to come back!
